- Well, we're getting down to the wire. I'm currently leaning toward
- the 95LX, since I should be able to run Memory Mate on it and the
- memory cards are less expensive / non-proprietary. The OZ-9600 still
- looks real tempting, though.
-
- Hmmm... The 95LX is a "mature" product (by palmtop standards) meaning
- that I'll probably buy it and they'll announce the 8MB POSIX-compliant
- version the next day :-) The OZ-9600 is so new it may have
- undiscovered bugs -- also I think a big chunk of the price reflects
- the drawing feature, which is probably of limited usefulness.
-
- Does anyone know if Sharp has fixed the power problem that was on the
- original Wizard? I have to support a couple of these for some
- executives, and by the time the "BAT" indicator comes on, there's not
- enough power left to run the PC-LINK for a backup before changing the
- batteries! (Stupid!) If the OZ-9600 is like this too, there's no way
- I'd buy it. I'm sure it's fixed by now, though...?
