- I've seen a lot of new computers on the market with
- an extra 32 bit "local bus", which can be used for disk
- drive controllers (aside from the regular one for vga cards).
- Is novell netware going to soon (or already) be available
- to make these types of machines servers? Reason being,
- data transmission is much better through a 32 bit local bus than
- through even 32 bit esdi or micro channel buses, because they
- can run at faster than 14MHZ clock rates (the full rate of the
- processor, whatever that is).
