  12. I am posing this question for Novell Gurus for a friend:       
  13. system: 386sx, IDE western digital 212 Meg, VGA card to set for Mono.  
  14. 1 3.5 1.44 and 1 5.25 1.2 floppies.  After setting parameters for initiali
  15. setup like wd adapter 8 bit driver and chanell 0 info: ISA disk,primary, and
  16. INterrupt 14 and after inserting disketts:system1,2,osexe,osobj,drivers for
  17. many times system abends with :
  18. Improper ROM parameter table for disk controller". He could not find any info
  19. on this abend in Network books. Any suggestions. The mother board is 386sx,
  20. 16 Mhz, with Quadtel bios 1990. The pc works fine in DOS mode. It has 5 Meg
  21. Ram memory. Thanks in advance for any help/suggestions/recommendation.
