- 1) it's not card specific, sortof. SMC cards still need SMc
- drivers and NE2000 cards will need NE2000 drivers. But you don't need
- WSGEN. All settings are done through NET.CFG
- 2) Novell supports it now. Does not support packet drivers.
- 3) easier to update. Four files are needed to connect to the
- server: LSL, card driver, IPXODI, NETX. Update individual files from
- system login script with WSUPDATE. Of course, NDIS just adds on top of
- this configuration.
- 4) smaller files make them easier to stuff into upper memory areas

- 1) slightly larger footprint (about 4K)

- If you stay away from NETX 3.31 and use 3.26, you won't notice much in
- extra memory loss
