- I don't know of any program that will do this, but cobbling together a bunch
- of utilities would make it quite simple. If you have IP that can connect
- everything together, you can use PING to see if a server is up. If not, you
- can use LOGIN to a dummy account, say "isup" and immediately log out, such
- that you won't get the message "blah blah error accessing server" when it
- DOES go down... and then if any of the error levels indicate that it can't
- access the server, you can use one of those "dialer programs" or even a
- script with a normal comm program... even display a different number for
- each different server. Who knows what you could do. Just play with it and
- see what you come up with 8>

- have to be a special utility or something.
