  13.     I have seen some one posted a question about the OS/2 requester,
  14. I think the question was "does the OS/2 requester come with Novell?".
  15. Well I just received version 3.11 of this very poor network OS and yes
  16. it did come with the OS/2 requester.

  18.     Also I have been trying to keep up on the superior Operating systems
  19. like UNIX and it appears that Novell has snowed AT&T into selling its USL
  20. subsidiary.  For along time I have watched AT&T slip into into novells hands
  21. its very sad.  Thought AT&T had more brains than that, more backbone.  I 
  22. think one of the rumors was that AT&T would get 3% of novell's stock
  23. ooooooohhhhhhhh  aaaaaaaahhhhhhhh what a thing to get, boy I'd be so excited
  24. I'd jump right out of my skin.  Man am I envious.  NOT!

  26.     Now maybe if AT&T had bought Novell and then dismantled it slowly
  27. peice by peice that would be entertainment!

  29.      Oh, I'm sure I will get all kinds of flames about this post but
  30. oh... well...

  32.     We just got novell because our lan manager server got fried.  So,
  33. its hard to imagine something worse than novell but lan manager comes real
  34. close.  the switch to novell was decided by abunch of accountants not us 
  35. computer people, figure that one out.  the accounting dept argues that 
  36. well the rest of the campus is going to novell so we should too (to be 
  37. compatible).  by this type of logic i understand that if the rest of the 
  38. campus decides to jump off a cliff we should do likewise.
