- I just installed a new Fujitsu M2652 drive on our server, and I'm having some
- problems with it. I formatted fine, and the mkfs went ok. Doing small,
- simple things on the drive is fine, such as creating a single directory, or
- copying a single small file onto the disk. However, whenever I try to do
- something bigger, such as copying over the entire /usr/local tree, the whole
- machine hangs. I've tried fiddling aroung with some of the jumpers, but to
- no avail. Occasionally I've seen errors on the console, but that was when I
- was monkeying with the jumpers. Has anyone else attached one of these to a
- NeXT, and if so, what jumper settings did you use?
-
- I'm not sure if it's a bad drive, or if I just have something set up wrong.
