  12. Is there any way of finding out what files are open
  13. and what programs are accessing those files.  I have
  14. an optical disk and sometimes it won't eject because there are  
  15. files open (the disk is busy).  When I worked with vms systems  
  16. this facility was part of the operating system.  What is keeping  
  17. track of file access and how do I find out?  Thank you very much.
