  13. I am at a site with two NeXT machines, and a plethora of Sun's/....  As you  
  14. might expect, I manually administer my NeXT separately from what our mainstream  
  15. administrator does.

  17. I would like the "Addresses" panel within Mail.app to contain the contents of  
  18. our corporate smtp "aliases" file.  Since we don't run Netinfo for any other  
  19. systems, I have no idea where Mail.app get's its information.  I can enter all  
  20. the names manually, but our organization is large enough that a) this is  
  21. sufficiently time consuming that it isn't worth the effort, and b) the list  
  22. changes in some way virtually daily, and I'd spend forever making manual  
  23. changes.

  25. So I need it done in some automated way.  My NeXT machine can see the corporate  
  26. aliases file (via NFS) but is there an automated way to get the information re:  
  27. user names, groups, etc. in to the place where Addresses in the Mail.app are  
  28. stored?

  30. There is another way to ask this question: if I were an all-NeXT site, where  
  31. would this feature get it's info from?
