- My NeXT CC came back with the suggestion of running with Emac's key-bindings
- turned ON. It didn't change the Expansion Dictionary's presentation (where
- are all those buttons anyway?), but the escape key now works to signal
- an abbreviation.

- After some further testing, it is apparent that Edit will not use some keys as
- command-keys. I was trying to use command-j for a date function (to mirror
- WordPerfect) and it didn't work. Using command-5, all is well. I cannot see
- why command-j is not allowed, as it is not already defined as a command key
- in Edit, nor is it used by any of the Services defined to work with Edit.
