  13. Is there a straightforward way to do this?
  14. appDidUnhide: comes before the service message, so I can't simply
  15.   Deactivate Requestor: NO and then open windows iff I get a service
  16.   call first.  (and `Activate Provider: NO' does not prevent unhiding)
