  28. I apologize for any misunderstandings.  I meant to state that any order for  
  29. SoftPC received now (after December 1992) will be filled with a 2.0 diskette,  
  30. with a free upgrade to SoftPC 3.0 when it is released.  I did not mean to  
  31. convey that all current 2.0 users get a free upgrade to 3.0.

  33. As for the upgrade price... that is essentially what I paid for my SoftPC's
  34. when I bought in volume last year (1991).  I agree that is high.

  36. January 1993 is definitely 1st quarter.
