  17. Be aware that not only is this font a blatant ripoff of the font
  18. "Tekton" sold by Adobe Systems Incorporated, this font violates
  19. the trademark of the name "Tekton" and is ILLEGAL.  It should be
  20. removed from the archives.

  22. Many typefaces have had their face names trademarked by Adobe
  23. Systems Incorporated and/or the typefaces foundaries that own the
  24. typefaces and any unauthorized use of those trademarked names is
  25. illegal.
