  13. Well, here I sit, head hung in shame.
  14.  
  15. Spurred on by the news emailed from at least three sources
  16. that dwrite loginwindow ImageFile <path_to_file> *does* work,
  17. I discover that in each of my previous trials, I must have
  18. screwed up, for (tra-la!) it certainly works now.  I guess
  19. that because the path is really quite long in my case (eight
  20. levels down from root, about 70 characters), I must have
  21. had a typo that my eye/brain corrected.
  22.  
  23. There's a lesson to be drawn, naturally, from the Zen of
  24. computing. :-)
