- Greetings....
- I have a NeXT turbo color running NS3.0 and I would like to hook
- up a modem to it so I could dial in from home. I am fairly new to the
- NeXT environment and I had heard that adding modems to them could be
- tricky so I was hoping to get some assistance. Here are the specifics:
- 2400 baud hayes compatible
- will be dialing into this from home using WinQvt on my PS2
- or I will be using kermit.
-
- Are there any programs out there that will do compaction at 2400
- baud? The low speed is a real bummer!! I will hopefully have a qblazer
- slapped onto this in the near future but this is all I have for now.
- What I am looking for here is kind of a step-by-step procedure that I
- should go through with any warnings that I should be aware of. Thanks
- for your help in advance!!
