Apple does not want to CREATE LEGISLATION, they simple want to defent
their intellectual property rights >as they see them<.  Others see
IP rights differently - including some who don't agree there is any
such thing.

Personally, I'm worry more about the weird ideas coming from Stallman
and friends than I do about Apple.
