  20. gcc includes a C preprocessor which you should be able to port to the
  21. Mac without too much difficulty.  There have also been a couple of C
  22. preprocessors posted to comp.sources.misc within the past eight years
  23. or so, although none of them are ANSI-compliant, if that's an issue
  24. for you.
