  29. behaviour and I certainly wouldn't tolerate being treated that way
  30. (although I'm definitely NOT a beginner). I don't want to start a flamewar
  31. over this issue, but I do want to clearly state that my experience working
  32. with TopSoft is 180 degrees from what Jon is saying. I have not seen any of
  33. Jon's "public criticisms", but certainly could have missed them.
