  13. Greetings, is source available for an off-the-shelf help dialog?  I need to
  14. add a help dialog into my app and was wondering if there's one out there.
  15. No reason to re-invent the wheel.

  17. It would be nice if it allowed scrollable text and great if it had one of 
  18. those nifty pop-up menu's at the top to allow the user to jump to different
  19. sections.  Oh, by the way, I don't plan on selling my app, so it would be
  20. nice if the code was free.
