  25. Might I ask why you aren't considering taking advantage of the ground we
  26. have broken with TopSoft? TopSoft has a structure, an incorporated
  27. non-profit, and is beginning to have name recognition. There are multiple
  28. TopSoft projects underway right now and we always welcome other projects,
  29. which can remain under your guidance and for which you retain the rights,
  30. etc. Give it a bit of thought, as we do have some pretty useful services
  31. available.
