  38. As always, there is no exact number. You may want to know how many region 
  39. codes are already _defined_ in the interface files? Look into the latests 
  40. developer CD. But this is the number of _defined_ region codes, which is not 
  41. the number of _implemented_ system versions. You can count 'em, if you look 
  42. in a bunch of the latest developer CDs (they do only provide new intl system 
  43. versions on the actual CD, since these image files are real space hogs and 
  44. there are now even different systems for all of these "new" eastern european 
  45. countries :-). Additionally, the number trends to grow at this time.

  47. Alterantively, scan ftp.apple.com for the sys.soft.int subdirectory and 
  48. count the number of files in it (but don't expect the files there are a 
  49. complete listing of all existing system software versions for the Mac).
