- There aren't any non-commercial defragmentation utilities out there,
- really. You may find something called "DeFrag cdev" floating, dated
- around 1989. If you do, THROW IT AWAY. It is dangerous. I know the
- developer, and he still doesn't know how it ever got out to the world.

- I have yet to see anything that is -free- which does a better job of
- defragging than a full backup/restore cycle. Tedious, yes. Free, yes
- (well, time isn't free, but it won't cost you hard cold ca$h :-)
