  12. Your thoughts are appreciated on the issue of whether to
  13. buy a IIci now (on sale at our academic store), or, to go
  14. for the IIvx.  I'd like to stay in the $2000 - 3000 range,
  15. preferably closer to $2000.  I currently have a 5/40 IIcx,
  16. with 4-bit color.  I don't know much about the Macs due
  17. out soon, but assume that they will be out of my price 
  18. range (for a while at least).
