  30. Just to balance things a bit, I have to put my 2 cents in.  I just
  31. purchased StuffIt Deluxe and found a minor conflict between SpaceSaver
  32. and Symantec's (Norton's) Directory Assistant II [ aka DAII ].
  33.  
  34. When I called Symantec about it, they claimed to be somewhat aware of
  35. the problem (and it is DAII's problem), but had no fix.  I E-Mailed
  36. Aladdin and they replied the SAME DAY (with a fix no less)!!  I'm
  37. impressed with both the quality of the products and the quality of the
  38. support.  This'll influence my decision too...  in Aladdin's favor.
