- Au contraire. There are several extension manager programs available
- to do what you want. The one that comes to mind is called just that:
- Extension Manager (v1.8 is the last version I've seen). Check the
- usual FTP sites (SUMEX, WUARCHIVE, UMICH) for it and others like it.
- Most even allow you to define sets of extensions, so you can activate
- only those needed for a given task.
