  22. I've had absolutely no trouble running my IW off of transformers in both Germany (220V)
  23. and the UK (240V).  Both countries run 50Hz.  "They" say running motors at the wrong
  24. frequency shortens their lives, however my 1984 Imagewriter I is still going strong
  25. after four years overseas.
