  15. I ordered from them one time. Half the things I wanted were out of stock, no
  16. suprise, the prices were good. The problem was when I called back to check on
  17. the part of the order I placed I was told that there was a problem with it and
  18. the guy who took my order would not be in today, and please call back some
  19. other time.

  21. I was not happy, and did not care about the first guy getting the sale,
  22. remember he did NOT call me about the problem. I canceled the first order and
  23. placed a second for only what I really wanted and they had in stock. When I
  24. called two days latter to check on the order I was told it should ship out in
  25. two or three more days!

  27. I told them to cancel that order also and I placed my order with MacWarehouse
  28. on the next call. Next day I had my software. Five days later the second order
  29. from Tiger arrived! I returned the package to Tiger and told everyone in my
  30. department to avoid them!

  32. But then again it could be me! I think Tiger could be a great company if they
  33. could only get a "Macintosh Way" sales/service rep!
