  14. A colleague of mine would like help with the following;
  15.  
  16. He wants to take a live video signal and introduce a variable
  17. time delay so that the signal projected to a monitor is delayed
  18. from real-time by something like 0.1-2.0secs.  
  19.  
  20. He asks:  Is there a set of boards and software that would take
  21. a video signal into a Quadra 700, digitize it and then spit the
  22. bits back out after some time delay to a video monitor (not
  23. the computer screen, since everything he has seen is too small)?
  24.  
  25. He has found a board that ouputs video (and has a video in), but
  26. he doesn't know if that meets his needs.
  27.
