- Directly, no, there's no way. In FileMaker Pro 2.0, you can, however, set
- up a layout that displays your message in the Body, with no fields on the
- layout, and specify that FileMaker Pro go to that layout upon startup (in
- the preferences). I usually place a button on that layout that sends people
- into Find mode, or, maybe in your case, into a layout that's being Viewed as
- List.
