  16. This is for a situation where there are several hundred items that need to
  17. be
  18. checked out and/or reserved to be checked out by members of a group of
  19. about
  20. twenty people.  People in the group need to be able to see what items are
  21. available for the time period when they would need it.

  23. I guess this is very similar to running a library, except that reservations
  24. need to be made for specific, non-overlapping time periods that can be up
  25. to
  26. several months in the future.

  28. I had even thought about using Meeting Maker for this purpose, but there
  29. must
  30. be something a little better suited.  I don't want to spend the effort
  31. creating
  32. a full-blown relational database.
