- We want to use a PS/2 mdl 95 as a novell server with duplexed adaptek SCSI
- controllers and a pair of 2 GB HP drives. The problem is the built in SCSI
- in the 95. We can't seem to get to a point where we can boot from the DOS
- partition on our HP drives, as they don't seem to be able to function as
- a C drive even with the built in SCSI unplugged. Only method we've found
- so far is to boot from a floppy with the IBM SCSI drive unplugged - then the
- system sees the HP drives & we can run SERVER, etc., and bring up our network.
- Is there a way to totally get the 95 to forget about it's built in SCSI port
- so it can get on with life?
-
- Thanks!
