  14.      I am looking for a utility program for the following application:
  15.  At the Technion we have an IBM computer available for student use, which
  16.  has on it a C: hard disk which contains programs for student instruction.
  17.  The same computer also has a D: partition on the same hard disk, which is
  18.  needed for faculty use only.
  19.  
  20.      I should like to have a program which will allow students access to
  21.  the C:  partition (with password?), but at the same time will not allow
  22.  access to the D:  disk partition.  This is a little like on the VMS or
  23.  UNIX systems where one can set read, write, or execute access to any
  24.  individual file, but in my case I want the access to be limited to an
  25.  entire directory or disk drive.  Of course there must be some other way,
  26.  whereby the faculty can access the D:  drive, via password or other
  27.  means.

  29.      If anybody has such a program, I would be grateful if he would send
  30.  it to me.  Or if available via anonymous FTP, if you could give me the
  31.  location and file name.    Many thanks.
