- I also had some problems with Stacker 2.0 and QEMM. I called Stac Electronics
- and, due to the fact that I was overseas and dealt with a different customer
- rep, got straight through (Ironic, no?). HOWEVER, what we basically agreed
- was that they fax me a list of things to try and I fax back any problems.
-
- Well, we went about 3 rounds with the FAX and they were always careful
- to get back to me within a day. Eventually, my problem was fixed and
- we all lived happily ever after (well, about 2 weeks later I decided
- that stacking was really the wrong solution to the problem and simply
- bought a much bigger drive, but that's another story).
-
- Your mileage may differ, but I always had good luck with fax. Saved
- a fortune on (my) phone bills too.
