  17. I also had some problems with Stacker 2.0 and QEMM.  I called Stac Electronics
  18. and, due to the fact that I was overseas and dealt with a different customer
  19. rep, got straight through (Ironic, no?).  HOWEVER, what we basically agreed
  20. was that they fax me a list of things to try and I fax back any problems.

  22. Well, we went about 3 rounds with the FAX and they were always careful
  23. to get back to me within a day.  Eventually, my problem was fixed and
  24. we all lived happily ever after (well, about 2 weeks later I decided
  25. that stacking was really the wrong solution to the problem and simply
  26. bought a much bigger drive, but that's another story).

  28. Your mileage may differ, but I always had good luck with fax.  Saved
  29. a fortune on (my) phone bills too.
