  11. I had this happen with a disk compression program. Once I went past the
  12. disks capacity it marked the driver read-only. I could not get it back
  13. to normal with the most popular disk utilities. Fixed the problem by
  14. re-formating the disk.

  16. Let me know if you find out how to remove the write protect tab off
  17. you hard disk any other way.  That is exactly what DOS and the
  18. popular disk utilies told me "remove the write protect tab from your
  19. C drive". What write protect tab?
