- I recently acquired a magnetic/optical drive from a system that I gutted.
- The drive is of the type CM-201 and is marketed by the Laser Magnetic Storage
- International Company, OSI Division. It appears to have been originally
- manufactured by
- Philips in Eindhoven, Holland. The drive appears to be containing a disk of
- some sort, but I have been unable to eject it.
-
- Attached to the drive was the interface card, of the model CM-153. The
- Interface Card and the Drive appear to be compatible and the drive spins when
- under power.
-
- Unfortunatly, I have no information about either the interface card or the
- drive. If anyone can give me the phone number of the manufacturer, software
- drivers for an IBM PC or any other information concerning this drive, I would
- greatly appreciate it. Please E-Mail me at the address contained in the header
- of the message.
-
- Thank you for your help!
