- As an experiment I'd like to ask those of you with 486 66DX2 machines
- to mail me one or all of the following test program results.
-
- + Quarterdeck Manifest (all of the info)
- + Core disk benchmark
- + Checkit benchmarks
-
- Identify
-
- 1. the make and model of your machine (or the motherboard for home brew)
- 2. the controller type make and model
- 3. the hard drive(s) type make and model
-
- Manifest will tell me the rest of what I need to know.
-
- I will collate the statistics try to identify any consistant patterns
- and the flaws of using these benchmarks. I'll mail the results to all
- participants. I will also post a summary and analysis of the findings.
