  17. Yes, with the proper software.  If you have ProComm at the receiving
  18. end, you can shell to DOS and print a file form that computer's disk, so
  19. you send the file, then shell and print the file.

  21. You can use Remote Control or a similar program to move and print a
  22. file.

  24. DeskLink and it's shareware relatives will let you print using the
  25. remote computer's peripherals.

  27. If you have an old terminal, it can generally be set up to answer the
  28. phone and print without a remote computer.  Many older serial printers
  29. were actually Receive Only (RO) terminals.
