- I've been using the Cyrix 387+ chip for a while now (and it didn't "blow up" my
- computer). In the installation instructions it did mention that you would
- cause perminent dammage by installing the 387 improperely (ie. the wrong
- direction). They went out of there way to mention the fact that the 387 might
- not /look/ like it's sitting the right direction and to use the Pin#1 indicator
- on the chip to line up with the Pin#1 indicator on the mother board.
