- Friend of mine has two Old computers one IBM XT and the other one is PC clone.
- (Belive it or not he is a lawer)
-
- Now:
-
- If he inserts any disk in the PC-clone, and he types DIR Then
- he takes it to IBM XT... That is it. The IBM can not
- read it.
-
- In short any disk the clone touches. The IBM XT can not use It keep
- reporting:
- Abort,Retry,Fail message
-
- Some one said this is an alignment problem
-
- Is this true?
-
- If so from where can some one get alignment software?
-
- Is there a shareware software?
-
-
