  11. Gateway sent me their 33mhz 486 VLB system without any software for
  12. the included ATI Graphics Ultra Pro card.  Nor any manual.  
  13. Are their Windows drivers available from any anonymous ftp site?

  15. As soon as I find ATI's number I'll try them.

  17. More Gateway horror stories:
  18. They told our purchasing not to expect the missing software till after
  19. the 1st.  So much for service.
  20. But it's worse than that.  When they first shipped the system, it didn't
  21. have a hard drive!  So much for "installed software, already optimized".
  22. Cute trick without a hard drive!  Took about 3 weeks to get the drive
  23. shipped.
