- "Local Bus" is a meaningless phrase, since there aren't many machines that put
- anything on the local bus. The only things I've seen so far on a local bus
- are a VGA controller and an FPU (Weitek).

- You forgot about Headland! If you get a "DX2" machine, the Headland HTK342
- (aka Shasta) is much faster than any of the above mentioned ones. This probably
- won't show up much in DOS stuff, but for UNIX or Windows apps, there will be a
- big difference.
