  28. ET4000 non-generics? Well, the famous Diamond Speedstar in its various
  29. permutations (but not the 24X) and the Orchid Prodesigner II use it.

  31. It is the queen of the unaccelerated chipsets. On a local bus it sup-
  32. posedly rivals the S3 chipset, since accelerators don't see as dramatic 
  33. an increase in speed that the non-accelerated chipsets see when used on 
  34. local bus.

  36. Trident 8900C? Its garbage. If a friend of yours is buying a clone, tell
  37. them to AVOID IT LIKE THE PLAGUE, since a Tseng-based card costs the same. 
  38. (I find it funny that OS/2 advocates tell people to buy Trident because 
  39. they have great OS/2 support. Thats like telling people to buy Yugos be-
  40. cause they take Bosch spark plugs).
