  15. Move the hd/interface card for the tape drive as far away from the video card.
  16. Second check how close the cables are (if it is externally mounted).
  17. and third, pick up some split ferrite cores from an electronics stores, and
  18. clamp them around the video cord...it should cut out external noise..
