  19. Problem is, I think, like CPUs different examples from the 
  20. same assembly line will be able to take different speeds.

  22. Speed testing is probably another expense peripheral manu-
  23. facturers don't want to get into, since the vast majority 
  24. of users don't really know enough to do it.

  26. Besides it opens up a can of worms. Instead of just stocking 
  27. Diamond Speedstar cards, a vendor will have to stock Speed-
  28. star-8's, Speedstar-10's and Speedstar-12s at different prices.
