  15. |   key houses and engraving shops kept turning me away, saving that most
  16. |   plastics will melt when they try to engrave it, hence they won't even try.

  18. The front of the HP48 is metal, and I asked a jeweler to engrave my name
  19. above the "Scientific Expandable" text.  Low price for a neat job: the
  20. name stands out from the grey front cover in silver-like lettering.
