- Subject: Deskjet 500 in Landscape mode problems
- Lines: 19
-
- I've been trying to write a simple program to print out text files two up
- on a deskjet 500. The program took an hour or so to put together and now after
- many hours of frustration I've given up!
-
- Can anyone tell me why, when in landscape mode on the Deskjet 500 and printing
- text the printer insists on putting the first two characters of each line on
- the next sheet of paper?
-
- I've tried many different combinations of printer setups and file format (with
- and without Carriage returns, etc..) and no matter what I do I get the first
- two characters of each line on the next sheet. (well not quite always,
- occasionally I get 3 characters or 1 character and once or twice none!)
-
- Can anyone help, please?
