  13. What was the final vote on how to get 8.0 VM performance back up to the
  14. level of 7.0?  There were posts on changing the timeslice kernel parameter,
  15. installing the vfork patch, and various s700 patches.  What was the net
  16. recommendation for a poor, old 16M 840?
