  14. Help! Is there anyone out there who's done this successfully?

  16. We know that it shows up as a device type ARCHIVE VIPER 150 (the SCSI block) and we've created some device files but they don't work. Is there some mystical major and minor number combination that will solve our problems? Anything else we need to do?
