  12. Many of our users connect to our HP's from their PC's. They have a bad habit
  13. of powering down PC's when done, frequently leaving idle jobs hanging around
  14. for days before someone gets around to cleaning them up. Occasionally, one
  15. of the zombies will chew significant resources. 
  16.  
  17. I'm open for any suggestions on preventing this problem, or for cleaning up
  18. after with a program that notices idle programs and kills them. Most problems
  19. occur with remote users coming through DTC's.
