  16. Phil - I used to have this problem (not that I use the psion for
  17. serious dialling you understand, but it's nice to know the thing works
  18. :-). It's important to make sure the case of the Psion doesn't touch
  19. the phone at all - the vibration (which you can't here) really screws
  20. things up. Either use a bit of foam between the two, or use your
  21. fingers (!) and you'll have no problems.

  23. If you do have to send it back, you have my sympathy. I bought mine
  24. from Dixons (UK high street retailer this is folks) and any time mine
  25. goes wrong I just get them to replace it there and then, copying stuff
  26. over from a 512k flash. My 4th is currently sitting by my desk as I
  27. type...
